As we start up our company we use only a few precious metals to make our pieces. This includes solid 925 silver and solid 10K gold. We plan to work with other metals as we grow and expand.

All of our pieces are handcrafted in NYC and shipped from Brooklyn.

Unlike other jewelers, we don't believe in mass producing. All of our pieces are handmade and made-to-order. That being said, orders take 2 weeks to be delivered from the ordering date. If there is any changes or delays with the production time we will contact you right away.

Currently at this time we are not taking rush orders but please email us for any further information or to discuss a potential future order that has a specific deadline at VALSENYC@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Each piece is hand made in NYC. Our jewelry is made of SOLID 925 silver and SOLID 10K gold. All of our jewelry is nickle free! Please see each piece’s page for a run down of materials used. We recommend taking your jewelry off before bathing, swimming or working out. We also recommend taking your jewelry off before putting on lotion, hairspray, perfume, or any other beauty products. The best way to care for any of our products is a light rinse of water and soap. Do not scrub. If the jewelry is exposed to any of the above, it is always best to dry the piece before storing to preserve quality/vibrancy. To store your piece, especially for longer periods of time, clean it with your polishing cloth first, then wrap in plastic wrap or place in a zipper baggie.

Tarnish shouldn't occur if the pieces are properly cared for. Tarnish can occur, however, if the jewelry is repeatedly exposed to moisture, lotion, or soap. It is also possible for them to become tarnished due to our natural skin oils.

All our pieces are made to order and handmade with love and extreme care, therefore all of our items are final sale.

Currently, we are only able to deliver in the US. However, we are planning to eventually expand to international shipping. Please be on the lookout for updates.
